Three-Dimensional Fuzzy Control of Ultrasonic Cleaning

Abstract Consideration of ultrasonic cleaning as a process with distributed parameters enables reduction power consumption. This approach is based on establishment control over the depending fixed values responses in set points. The initial intensity radiators determined using three-dimensional (3D) interval type-2 fuzzy logic controller essentially created for processes parameters, well complex expert evaluation input data. membership functions and output data consider space heterogeneity cleaning. A rule base formed, which 2D not dependent upon number parameters. model illustrating 3D designed. Comparative analysis proposed traditional method indicates an increase energy efficiency by 41.17% due to application only those that are located next contamination.
